Terms and Conditions

Last updated: Jul 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access and use of the website, located at https://ai-corso.com/ (the "Website,") and related services (collectively with the Website, the "Service," or the "Corso") and set out the rights and obligations of both you and the applicable Corso Group (the "Company," "us," "we," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and any related documents, or you are not eligible to use our Services, please do not access any part of our Service.

Agreement Overview

By using our Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any service-specific terms as made available on the Website that are incorporated into these Terms by reference, which means they are part of the Terms.

Eligibility

  • To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms, the Service may be used only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • If you don't agree with these Terms or you're not eligible, please do not use our Service.

Corso Services and Account

  • We provide a range of educational materials, including articles, reading materials, and test questions, all related to learning AI. All the materials and services are collectively referred to as "Digital Content". Please read carefully the disclaimers and warranties below with regards to this Digital Content. While using the Service, you may be offered additional paid features. Please read carefully any offers you receive from us.
  • The Company may modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any functionality of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.
  • You may access the Service by creating an account and subscribing to our Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Additionally, you agree to create, access, and/or use only one user account and not share access or login information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us promptly.
  • We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the Service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you failed to safeguard your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we have a reasonable belief that the user does not meet the minimum age requirement.

Subscription Plans

  • What we may offer. Based on the option you select at the time of purchase, we may offer you:
  • Introductory offer is an offer that includes a discount for the first billing period and provides limited access to the basic features and content of our Service. It is usually designed for new users to try out the platform. After the initial discounted period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate unless you cancel.
  • Subscription plan is an arrangement that grants you ongoing access to the Service for a specified period (4 weeks, 12 weeks or otherwise, depending on what you select at the time of purchase) after payment for the subscription services.
  • Additional paid features are optional functionalities or services we may offer you in addition to the introductory offer or subscription plan, on a subscription or one-time purchase basis.
  • The applicable pricing, discounts, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and renewal charges. In the event of a failed attempt to charge to your primary payment method (e.g. if your payment method has expired), you agree that we have a right to retry billing your payment method or to use any other stored payment method associated with your account.
  • Important note! Some offers may be renewed at the full, not discounted price. Therefore, please read carefully the terms of the introductory offer or subscription plan that you choose when you purchase the Service.
  • Important note regarding the price change. The prices and the amount of Digital Content available through your introductory offer or subscription may be changed from time to time by territory, with no obligation of Corso to clearly notify you (except when required by applicable law). We will give you a reasonable notice of any such price change by posting the new prices on or through the Website and/or by sending you a notification, or in any other prominent way. If you do not agree with the new price and do not want to pay, please cancel your subscription before it becomes effective.

  • Payment processing for the Services is provided by third-party payment processors, which may include Stripe, PayPal or other providers made available by the Company.
  • The Company does not store full payment card details. More details on the security of your payment and billing information may be found in our Privacy Policy.
  • In some cases, your payment date may change, such as when your payment method fails to settle or when you change your subscription plan. To view your next payment date, go to the Subscription section in your Account.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You must cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedures disclosed to you when purchased and in our Refund Policy.
  • Please refer to our Refund Policy to find out whether you might be eligible for a refund.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to provide honest reviews, opinions or feedback about the Service; use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations; or otherwise infringe these Terms.

Disclaimers of Warranties and Liabilities

  • As for information on the Service. Any statement or information that may be posted on the Service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional financial, legal, or other advice.
  • As for any advice. Corso does not provide investment or financial advice or advocate the purchase or sale of any security or investment via the Service.
  • As for expectations. There is no guarantee that the Digital Content will meet your or any other person's needs or requirements. The Service may not be appropriate for all persons and is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
  • As for any results. We make no guarantees about the level of success you will have, and you accept the risk that results will vary from person to person. The Service may provide examples of exceptional results that do not apply to the average person and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar result. As with any learning program or service, your results will vary and will be based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your individual capacity, life experience, financial status, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment. You agree that Corso is not liable for any success or failure of your financial risk that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of the Service.
  • As for capital risk. Corso is an education platform; you cannot invest with us. You should acknowledge that if you decide to invest yourself, there is a risk of capital loss and income is not guaranteed and will depend on various factors. Your decision to make an investment should be made at your own discretion and upon your own will only.
  • As for any representations. Corso makes no representations or warranties and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to your reliance on the statements or other information offered or provided within or through the Service. If you have specific concerns or a situation arises in which you require professional advice, you should consult with an appropriately trained and qualified specialist.
  • As for other products used. The inclusion of any sites or other product information in the Service does not imply a recommendation but merely brings possible options. It is your own responsibility to conduct appropriate investigations concerning indicated information before taking any decisions.
  • As for information. We specifically disclaim any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation: warranties relating to the accuracy, reliability, correctness, timeliness or completeness of information made available on the website or otherwise by us, including any advice, opinion, statement, or other material or database displayed, uploaded or distributed and available through the website, and warranties otherwise relating to performance, nonperformance, or other acts or omissions by us or any third party. Corso disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Service information usage. Corso will not be liable to the User for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from access or use of the website's Services or such Digital content, tools, or prizes, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, and lost revenues.

Limitation of Liability

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFIT OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE (INCLUDING THE DIGITAL CONTENT) AND PRODUCTS, OR THIRD PARTY ADS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ACCESS TO, AND USE OF, THE SERVICE (INCLUDING THE DIGITAL CONTENT AND USER CONTENT), AND THIRD PARTY ADS ARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTING SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING THEREFROM.
  • NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, YOU AGREE THAT THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CORSO TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, CONTENT, SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO CORSO FOR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE. THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE TERMS BETWEEN CORSO AND YOU.
  • SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

Indemnification

  • In no event will Corso be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, including, without limitation, any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Services, including but not limited to any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information contained in the Services, or any errors or omissions in the Services.
  • By using the Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corso from and against any and all claims, complaints, lawsuits, or other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that may arise from your use of the Services or your decision to follow any advice, recommendation, or instruction provided therein.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Corso, its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, any related companies, its suppliers, licensors and partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your use of the Service or Digital Products, (ii) your User Content, or (iii) your violation of these Terms.

Contracting Entity

  • Your relationship is with the Corso entity determined by your location, based on your payment details, or the location of the office primarily supporting you, and user type, as set forth below:
  • If you use PayPal as your payment method, the Company responsible for the Service is Skillhub FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, UAE.
  • Otherwise, the company responsible for the Services is Devellux Inc., 800 Atlanta Road #1003, Seaford, DE 19973, USA.
  • Regardless of the billing entity, your rights and obligations under these Terms remain unaffected.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Procedures

  • If you are located in the United States, PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND LIMITS CLASS ACTIONS.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the Federal Arbitration Act. Before starting arbitration, the parties must attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice is sent to support@ai-corso.com.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Corso waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
  • Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Nothing in this section prevents you from contacting a government authority or seeking public injunctive relief in court where that right cannot lawfully be waived. Arbitration fees and costs will be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law.
  • You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@ai-corso.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms and stating your name, account email, and request to opt out. If any part of this section is unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will continue to apply.
  • The Binding Individual Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver above apply only to users located in the United States.
  • If you are located elsewhere outside the United States, the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates govern this Agreement and your use of the Service. Any disputes shall be adjudicated by the Courts of Ras Al Khaimah, which shall serve as the competent authority for final settlement. However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of any mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of the country where you habitually reside, including the right to bring proceedings before any court available to you under applicable law.
  • All disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiations between the parties, who commit to making diligent efforts to reach a resolution.
