Terms of Service

The Service is intended for Users aged 16 or older. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms or have the necessary legally valid authorization. You must not use the Service if prohibited by applicable law.

Some functions require an Account. An “Account” means App account used to authenticate a User, store progress, and associate purchase entitlements. You may create an Account through a registration flow made available by the Company or sign in to an existing Account.

You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials, use only your own Account and promptly report unauthorized access to support@ai-corso.com. We may use reasonable measures to protect Accounts, verify entitlement ownership and prevent fraud.

The App provides educational content about artificial intelligence, including courses, reading materials, lessons, audio playback of lessons, exercises and quizzes, certificates of course completion, a prompts library, AI Workbooks and AI Chat, in each case to the extent offered to your Account and applicable access entitlements. These materials are referred to collectively as “Digital Content.” Features, included content, technical requirements and availability may change as the Service develops, subject to applicable law and paid entitlements.

Audio playback is a way to listen to lessons; it does not itself mean that the App records your microphone. Certificates document completion of the corresponding course and are not academic degrees, professional licenses, accreditation or guarantees of employment or competence unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise.

The Service is for general education and information. It is not a substitute for independently qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee particular learning, career or commercial outcomes.

A “Google Play Subscription” is an auto-renewing subscription purchased within the App through Google Play Billing. Optional add-ons are offered as one-time in-app purchases through Google Play Billing; an add-on stays available to your Account after a subscription ends, unless it is refunded or revoked. Products available for purchase, included features, their term, price, currency, renewal conditions and any introductory price or free trial are stated in the relevant in-App offer and the Google Play purchase screen. Those transaction-specific disclosures govern the purchase.

• Payment: Google Play processes purchases made in the App and charges the payment method in your Google Account in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Payments terms.
• Automatic renewal: Unless canceled, a Google Play Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period and at the price then in effect, and the renewal is charged to your Google Account. Where an introductory price or free trial is offered, its price and length are shown before purchase; when it ends, the subscription renews at the regular price unless you cancel before the introductory period ends. If the price of your subscription changes, you will be notified in advance as required by Google Play policies and applicable law, and where required you will be asked to accept the new price before it applies.
• Cancellation: You can cancel a Google Play Subscription at any time in the Google Play Store app (profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or by following “Manage or cancel subscription” in the App. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless Google or applicable law provides otherwise.
• Restore: You can use “Restore purchases” in the App to restore an active Google Play Subscription and add-ons bought with the Google Account signed in to Google Play on your device. We may reasonably require account verification to prevent an entitlement being attributed to the wrong person.
• Refunds: Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled under Google Play’s refund policies (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637), and some requests can be made directly in Google Play. You may also contact support@ai-corso.com; where appropriate, we may issue a refund through Google Play. Access unlocked by a refunded or revoked purchase may end once the refund or revocation is processed. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.
• Account deletion is separate: uninstalling the App or deleting your Account does not itself cancel a Google Play Subscription; cancel it in Google Play before or when deleting the Account if you wish to stop renewals.

AI Chat allows Users to enter prompts and obtain responses generated by third-party AI models. AI-generated text, images or other output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unsuitable; you must evaluate it independently and must not rely on it as a sole basis for consequential decisions. The Company does not warrant that AI output is accurate, unique, lawful or free of third-party rights.

Before your first AI Chat message is transmitted from the App, we present a separate explanation and request explicit permission for the relevant disclosure of chat content to OpenRouter, Inc. and the provider of the selected AI model, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Withdrawing permission prevents future AI Chat message transmission until you grant permission again; it does not reverse processing that lawfully occurred beforehand.

Please do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, medical records, trade secrets or other sensitive or confidential information into AI Chat. You are responsible for the prompts and materials you submit and must have the rights and authorizations needed to submit them. Each AI response can be reported through the in-App reporting control; we may review associated context for safety and quality purposes.

“User Content” means prompts, chat messages, submissions, answers, workbook entries, reports and other materials you provide. You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, only to the extent necessary and legally permitted, to host, process, reproduce, transmit and display User Content to provide, secure, troubleshoot and maintain the Service and exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy. This does not grant us ownership of your User Content.

The Service, its software, educational materials, layouts, trademarks, illustrations and content supplied by us or our licensors are protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning during your permitted access period. You may download and retain a certificate where that feature is provided; this does not confer ownership of our templates or marks.

The App is licensed, not sold. Downloading the App and using Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/).

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, circumvent purchase entitlements, distribute malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law permits it, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use the Service to harass, defraud or endanger others. You must not use AI Chat to request unlawful material or circumvent safeguards.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend an Account where reasonably necessary to address violations, security incidents, fraud, legal obligations or risks to Users. If an action affects paid access, we will comply with mandatory law and the applicable Google Play purchase rules.

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal data collected in the App, including Account details, course progress, certificate information, limited Google Play purchase information, technical and diagnostic information, and AI Chat data where you choose to use AI Chat. The App relies on hosting, crash-reporting, email, purchase-validation, Google Play and AI model services. Independent third-party websites or services you visit may have their own terms.

If you choose to download or share a certificate, prompt, AI output or other material outside the App, the recipient or sharing destination may process that material according to its own privacy terms. Review material before sharing.

You can delete your Account in the App at Profile → Settings → Delete account, request deletion at https://ai-corso.com/delete-account, or contact privacy@ai-corso.com. If a plan has ended, the App may also present a deletion option on the expired-plan screen. Deletion affects the underlying Account and associated content as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to limited records retained where lawfully necessary. Download any certificates or content you wish to keep before deletion if export is available.

Deleting your Account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play Subscription. To prevent future renewal charges, you must separately cancel the subscription in Google Play. If you need assistance locating the relevant settings, contact support@ai-corso.com.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, improvements, safety, legal or technical reasons. We will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation affecting paid entitlements where required by applicable law. We may update these Terms prospectively and will communicate material changes as required. Changes do not retroactively alter an already completed Google Play purchase or displace mandatory consumer rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND DIGITAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT A GUARANTEE OF UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ACCURACY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, STAFF AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE LOSSES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. WHERE A FINANCIAL CAP IS LAWFUL, THE COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) THE MINIMUM LIABILITY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH EXCLUSIONS ARE PROHIBITED.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rules applicable in your country of residence. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Before starting formal proceedings, you may contact support@ai-corso.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

These Terms are between you and the Company, not Google. The Company, not Google, is responsible for the App, the Service and its content, and for maintenance and support to the extent legally required; contact support@ai-corso.com for help with the App. Google is responsible for processing payments made through Google Play under its own terms.

You agree to comply with the Google Play Terms of Service when downloading the App and making purchases in it. You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions prohibiting your use of the App and are not a prohibited party under applicable sanctions laws.

Neither party will be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. These circumstances may include acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, riots, or war.
