This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for purchases made on ai-corso.com and in the Corso web app (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms and Conditions. How renewals, cancellation and billing work is described in our Subscription Terms.
Payments for the Service are generally non-refundable. The exceptions are the cases in Section 2 and any refund the law requires. Where the law of your country gives you a non-waivable refund, withdrawal or cancellation right, this Policy applies only as far as that law allows.
You get a full refund of your first subscription payment if both are true:
"No recorded progress" means zero progress in any course and no activity in the Service beyond the initial onboarding, as recorded in your account.
This guarantee covers your initial subscription payment only, once per person. It does not cover renewals.
You can get a refund of your most recent payment if all of these are true:
We may ask you for:
No refund is due if the problem was never reported to us, or if we fixed it within 5 business days.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw without giving a reason:
We refund the payment for that purchase in full. Renewals of an existing subscription do not start a new withdrawal period.
How to withdraw:
If we end your access without a breach of our Terms on your part, we refund the prepaid part of your subscription that you have not used. If we close your account because you breached our Terms, broke the law or committed fraud, no refund is given.
We may refund a payment in other situations at our discretion. Doing so once does not oblige us to do so again.
Unless the law requires otherwise, or Section 2.2 or 2.4 applies, we do not refund:
Email support@ai-corso.com from the email address of your Corso account and include:
We will reply within 3 days.
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank; most issues are solved faster that way. While a dispute is open we may suspend access to the paid Service. If a dispute is decided in our favour, the amount stays due.
We may update this Policy. The version in force on the day of your payment applies to that payment. If we change the Policy in a way that is worse for you, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
